Via an innovative process we refine concentrated starch

Our vegan starches from peach, chickpeas and broad beans can be used technologically as binding, thickening and gelling agents for sauces, soups, convenience products, meat substitute products and baked goods. Due to their hot swelling and native properties, the starches create a viscous and creamy texture- The starches are available in both organic and conventional grades.

Organic or conventional? VIRIDI can do both! As a producer of organic raw materials, it is important for us to know and control the production chain. Through an innovative production process, we achieve new standards in product quality and taste. Our transparent production process is based on a thermo-physical procedure, in which the VIRIDI protein concentrates are gently extracted without the use of additives.
