With our innovative process, we obtain native starch concentrate that is technologically versatile.

Due to the perfect combination of amylose and amylopectin, firm gels can truly improve the texturizing properties in food applications. Starch concentrates offer a limited swelling rate and thus a high stability against shear forces, acids, high temperatures and enzymes.

They are ideally suited for applications such as cooking extrusion processes, thickeners, dough and texture enhancement in baked goods, stabilizers, binding and gelling agents, coating systems and consistency enhancers, breading for fish and meats, purees with adequate freeze-thaw stability and good heat resistance.

Our gluten-free starch concentrates are available in organic and in conventional quality, from German or European origin.
